LISTEN. - "One Moment" Exhibition Opens in Yokohama

On December 20th, 2025 The Listen Project's second exhibition opened it's doors at The Moveum Yokohama, a project sponsored by the Toyota Group.  This time we were given a 100 sq. meter immersive space and created a 15 minute film that shows just a few scenes from the Listen Project journey.

The Moveum Yokohama is a new concept space created by the Toyota Group and built into the last surviving mega warehouse located at the end of Yamashita Pier in Yokohama.  This warehouse has kept its original design from 50+ years ago.  Two theaters were built inside of the original structure.

Concept

The Listen Project has until now existed as two dimensional film or an audio cd.  This new series "One Moment" takes four walls and a floor and turns those surfaces into an experience.  For 15 minutes the viewer becomes part of the films as they unfold all around them.
As this is only part one, our hope is to refine these short experiences more and more, so that people leave with a positive and happy feeling, maybe even wanting to see and hear more.

Reactions so far have been good with most people staying to watch twice, making sure they haven't missed anything.  

Next Steps

The current show will be shown until the end of March 2026 when we will then begin part two.  We are looking forward to how this space and other projects will develop going forward.
